Alshon Jeffery Has MITTS

For those who aren't keeping track, this is the second week in a row that Alshon Jeffery has made a monster catch like this.  Once this kid's hands close around the ball it straight up doesn't move. Vice grip city. The pass from McCown wasn't bad either I guess. Receiver pinned in the end zone behind two defenders and Joshy boy tosses a prayer to a spot where only a 6'3 receiver with freakish catcher's mitt hands can make a play on it just like you draw it up. Bizarro Bears lightning offense ran up the score and the defense did what they could to slow down Dallas's offense, getting run all over in the process.  Every offensive possession ended with at least a field goal, can't ask for much more than that.

PS - I don't know if its common knowledge outside of Chicago yet but Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery are arguably the best one two punch in the league. Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas are obviously incredible too but they've got Peyton Manning throwing to them and an extra elite target that gets a lot of attention in Wes Welker. These two in Chicago have had to catch passes from two different quarterbacks in an offense that they've just begun to scratch the surface of. Jeffery getting fat and lazy in his last year at South Carolina is the best thing that could have happened for the Bears.  Getting this guy midway through the second round was an absolute steal.

PPS - Josh McCown completed 75% of his passes for 350 yards and 4 TD's through the air. Oh and did I mention he took off and ran for one too? Just your typical backup going beast mode.
