3 Things worth mentioning this week in College Football

Another week of games in the books, kind of a slow one if you ask me. Here's what you need to know.

1.)  Florida State got moved up from the 3 spot to number 2 and honestly, as much as it hurts me to say this about the Tide I'm pretty sure the Seminoles are the best team in the county.

Even on Famous Jameis' bad days, the 'Noles absolutely pummeled the undefeated Miami Hurricanes. They have depth on offense, playmakers on defense, and one of the undisputed best quarterbacks in the country.  I'm not saying Alabama doesn't have all of those things, but I think in a title game between them Jameis shows why he's the better quarterback and comes out on top.

2.)  Johnny Football continues to give teams more and more reasons to draft him.

This motherfucker is an absolute superstar, no bones about it. The only concern with him in the NFL is his size and whether or not he will be capable of taking all of the hits and staying healthy.  A note to all NFL GMs out there, ignore whatever voice in your head is telling you that. He has a strong, accurate arm and the ability to improvise both in and out of the pocket. We already know he can run if he needs to.  When the bright lights come on and its time to play, Johnny Football puts on a fucking show. He's can't miss talent and he's an absolute pitbull.  This guy is going to play in every single game and the only way you can keep him off that field is basically if he can't walk*.

3.)  We'll find out just how good Oregon is on Thursday.

Oregon is the big question mark in the nation's top 3. They're going to rack up a billion points every game, but the questions are always the same: can their defense stop other, equally talented offenses and can their offense continue to put up enough points against talented defenses to overcome their own defensive liability?  Personally, I don't think they're in the same ball park as teams like Florida State and 'Bama, and even teams like Mizzou and Baylor could probably sneak a win against them if they executed to the best of their capabilities. Oregon seems more like a number 5 than a number 3.

*or if he's suspended for 30 minutes because the NCAA definitely isn't something to scoff at. Oh wait.
